Yoni pearls

1. Wash your hands, and tear open the packet

2. Untie the string of the yoni pearl

3. Put it in pure water or cold boiled water for 1 minute

4. Lying flat, use your middle finger to insert

5. Insert the yoni pearl into your vagina around 7cm deep, leaving the string outside

Additional Instructions:

6. Leave the pearl in for 2 to 3 days.

7. Remove yoni pearl and do not insert another for at least 24 hours.
